Dalit Rights Groups Submit “Shadow Report” to UN for 2026 Review

A delegation of 36 Dalit-led organizations, including the Feminist Dalit Organization (FEDO), submitted a joint shadow report to the UN regarding Nepal’s 2026 Universal Periodic Review (UPR). The report highlights “transitional justice gaps” and persistent caste-based violence affecting Dalit women and girls.
